A KCC's Handyman Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality handyman services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address your concerns.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The work was not completed as agreed in the service contract or estimate.

There are significant quality issues or workmanship defects that cannot be reasonably resolved.

The customer cancels the service within an agreed-upon cancellation period (if applicable).
Refund Process

Submit your refund request in writing within [2] days of service completion.

Include a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any relevant photos or documentation.

We will review the request within [4] business days and may schedule a follow-up visit to assess the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment within [10] business days.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services that were completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
